Service Description
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your shoot, wardrobe changes are included in your 1hr photo shoot time period. Bring all props that you want to use for your shoot. Please read cancellation policy, by scheduling your appointment you are acknowledging and agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Individual/Family Portrait Session: Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance of your session date and time. All cancellations made after 48hrs you will be required to pay half of your 1st hour session fee. Each client is allowed two rescheduling credits for their portrait sessions. Any additional request to reschedule will incur $50 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your reschedule credits. Special Events: If you cancel your Special Event 7 days prior you are no longer obligated to pay the balance of your investment. However, if you do not cancel within 7 days prior to your special event all monies paid prior to cancellation is forfeited (if collected). If you cancel after your 7 day window, you are required to pay half of your requested fee time. We are an independent, professional, full service photography business and we try our best to work with each client understanding that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same. *NOTE Please, also understand that all fees are non negotiable.
